The DeFocus node is a very very useful tool in Blender. It allows you to get that filmic look, where the focus of the scene shifts from the background to the foreground or vice versa. After the bulls I was stumped, I thought I had done a lot more during the week and GOD just told me to go get breakfast and relax and HE'll show me what I missed and it wasn't that I didn't show it all, but I didn't mention it all. - Snake improvements
The snake was the first thing to be dealt with this week. I spent quite a large amount of time on it in the attempts to re-rig it and see if the kink goes away, but the conclusion, as in the video, was that it was only reduced, but did not go away. What did make it go away was animating the head using the 3D cursor. When the head goes forward, the neck is kept straight, but this makes the nose point towards the ground. Just til...

- Pillars
GOD's idea! I totally missed saying that in the video, but it is so needed, because I actually felt over the weekend that I was going to have to model new pillars from scratch, because the court's ones were just way too short. In HIS usual calm demeanor HE just let me know that I can stretch out the pillars, no big deal. And it worked amazingly well! I am so thankful! Hey all!

GOD is beyond wonderful!

This week's vlog entails a lot. It's shorter, but from a general look back, this may have been the most productive week yet!

- Statues
Another particle distribution, this one is much smaller. Only about 6 statues. Having said that, making 1 took enough effort, hahaha. I cannot thank GOD enough for HIS insights into how to make it properly. It was so well configured that it worked superbly for Freestyle, even though that was not the final goal.
