Camera flow

Hey all!
This week's vlog!

GOD is so good!!

 - Broken legs no more
Last week during recording, GOD gave me a solution to the frog problem - that I shared with you guys. This week, HE gave me another one as it relates to random frog rotation. With the first fix - the legs remain perfect, but they can only go in one direction. The fix in the week fixed the legs and they can go in any direction. Both fixes have their place. The first one allows you to have all your frogs go in the same direction. The second one allows you to have them go in a random direction as well as the same direction. I am deeply grateful for both and I did re-render the frog scene and added it and re-rendered Moses as well (only as it relates to the final 2D composite and the 3D).

 - Shot redo
For the next shot, Pharaoh has a bit of a reaction and then has a sinister stare. The first go at this shot took just over 10hours to render and I had to redo it. It was way too slow. I hated the way it felt. I sped it up and it felt like an old karate movie (don't read a recommendation there - it's not) that tries too hard. It was terrible! Abssolutely terrible!

I felt led to redo it and if it turned out better, to save over the previous one and it took a few hours and the camera just would not cooperate!

 - Camera flow problem
Yeah, it was so bad it gets a special heading. On the redo, I found that when I tried to animate the camera to stick to his face, no matter what, it would insist on turning away first and then settle on his face - NOOOOOoooooooooo...........! hahaha.

GOD reminded me of a trick HE showed me years ago of tracking an object to something else. I specifically did this with the camera in an experiment, but don't recall ever using it - did this week! GOD is so awesome! Prepped me for this all the way back there! (^^,)

In the video I give you a brief overview of how to do it, so if you're interested in this trick - and I can't imagine you not being - go check it out! (^^,)

 - Eevee NPR shaders v3
Yes! Finally! v3 is done! I was so tired, I didn't even want to do a v3, but GOD insisted that even after the proposal that HE wanted v3 released. So of course, I finished adding what I felt like HE told me to add and I finished the nodemaps and and and and and it is finally up! I also added a Get Involved section to make sure that people know they have full permission to code it as long as they keep it free and accessible to the whole blender community. Not a small request, but it wasn't a hard decision for us. We put in a lot to make these shaders and we want everyone else to have access to them too. It's an ungodly monopoly for me to have the need of something to such an extent and not share it. It's like salvation - I know you can be spared eternal suffering for your sin and I decide to hold that behind a money curtain - I'm looking for trouble!

Of course, shaders won't save you from your sin, but it is a means that GOD wants to show you that HE knows what you need and HE wants to make sure you get it and while you get that, you also understand that HE did a lot more than just save your project - HE paid a much bigger price to save you! HE's the ONE behind this project and HE's reaching out to the world through HIS children. JESUS THE CHRIST saves!
