Hey all!

I bet you thought I stopped working on Exodus and that it is a tower to defeat, NOPE! Still working hard. The only hold up was that GOD had me take a short break from it to release the node groups and even then I didn't really stop thinking about it. Check out the node groups video and link:

GOD is so amazing!

So how far am I?
Well, still at the frog plague (not as little work went on as it sounds) - where Pharaoh is to call Moses and Aaron after the magicians copied them. The verses are so short yet mean so much work, hahaha. GOD helped me find a recording of a frog croaking that the creator dedicated to the public domain, so I used the one croak in there (the rest sounded like odd barking) to fill out a soundscape with variation in pitch, volume, panning and speed (I used the speed to adjust the pitch, though if used separately more samples can be generated).

I added music to the edit (and changed it multiple times) and worked more on the nodes. I am very satisfied with the mix and the 3D and and and. There is so much to do on this project that rendering is by no means an excuse to sit there and do nothing. NO, haha. I set Blender's process priority to low and continue with stuff in the background. It does slow down render times a touch, but not nearly enough to justify just leaving it alone while I sit and do nothing.

I am also looking into dubbing in various languages, but that one is more toward the end of the project in all likelihood, if I do it at all. I would luv to though!!! I kept all the settings for the voices (if I remember correctly), so it's just a matter of learning what part of a sentence means what to add inflections and so on. GOD will help me do an awesome job on it if HE leads me that way ultimately!

In the meantime, I am still looking into other things as well, such as sound mix. I would luv to have a surround mix and while Blender does allow you to do a surround mix (at least in panning - I don't know what happens with the rest of it). I did go searching for VST plugins that can spread the stereo mix over 5.1 and oh did GOD provide for something truly astounding!!!

Wow wow wow! GOD is so good!

As always, use at own risk and read the manual! :D

These plugins (companion plugins) allow you to get such an enhanced mix! I have no idea how he put it together, despite him making it "no big deal" as many who do this kind of thing have been doing these techniques for a long time. I will make a big deal out of it, because it really gives stunning results and I know if you have a project and a less than ideal setup, these plugins will blow your mind! GOD is so amazing and so generous for blessing this guy with the gifts and ability to write it and for making it freely available! All I can say is thank you!

Please remember to read the manual and make sure that you take your equipment into consideration. Don't be irresponsible. He does mention risk to your equipment if you don't have a limiter, but if you keep your stuff well within an acceptable range, this shouldn't be an issue.

I would luv to vlog again (because I luv sharing the progress and tips with you guys), but atm, we have to be super aware of our data usage, so even uploading in 360p on a regular basis is a challenge (especially with tutorials)... GOD will provide!

I hope you all have been well and I look forward to completing the project as soon as possible!

Biggest thanx to GOD for helping me with this. Without HIM, none of this would be possible! :D
